These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Apex Intelligence text-messaging program (the "Program") operated by AI Labs Holdings Inc. ("AI Laboratory," "we," "us"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
The Apex Intelligence Program provides transactional and customer-care text messaging on behalf of local service businesses. When you text a participating business's number, or provide your number to that business for a follow-up, our AI assistant responds to answer questions, schedule appointments, and route your request to staff. Messages are one-to-one and are sent in response to your inquiry.
You enroll by initiating contact with a participating business by text, or by providing your mobile number to that business and agreeing to a text follow-up regarding your inquiry or appointment. We do not message individuals who have not contacted a business or provided consent.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the business (for example, replies to your questions and appointment confirmations). This is a recurring, conversational program.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to all messages you send and receive. AI Laboratory is not responsible for carrier charges.
For help at any time, reply HELP or contact us at ben@ailaboratory.ai.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by contacting us directly.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you use, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), to participate.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
